Filling Station Ø100

The filling station consists of a DANA api MATIC 2000+ filling machine and an automatic turntable. 

The table consists of  a stainless steel table top with a railing that divides the table into two sections: a feeding and a collection zone.

The DANA api MATIC 2000+ is a filling machine with a gear pump. A strong low voltage DC motor drives the gear pump with the help of a planetary gear. The motor is controlled by computer-based electronics, which also ensures a perfect anti-drip function. The filling machine has 20 filling programs with settings for weight, calibration factor and other filling parameters.

The machine works precisely and is easy to reprogram for a different amount or product. 

All parts in contact with the product are made from food grade plastic or stainless steel which can easily be separated and washed in the dishwasher
