Lidfitting

Lidfitting can be very time consuming process - fortunately, it can easily be automated.

As we see it, the first step is to remedy an undesirable load on the joints. Everyone who has screwed hundreds of lids onto their packaging a late night will surely know what we mean. For this, we offer two solutions. A simple table model with a variable torque setting and an automatic conveyor belt with a mounted lidfitter.

We even have a lidsorter, which sorts the lids using an energy saving gravity principle, so the lids get to our lid fitter safely and in a uniform direction. All you need to do is fill the funnel with loose lids occasionally.
