For tempering the honey during the creaming process – this produces the finest creamed honey!
Ideal for use with double-walled honey creamers. 

The cooler allows the honey to be optimally tempered while stirring, resulting in a homogeneous, fine crystal structure of the creamed honey.

The device consists of a cooling system and an integrated circulating pump. The pump serves to distribute the tempered water evenly within the double wall.
The pump can also be operated independently of the cooling system. The temperature range is adjustable from approx. 10 - 30°C and is set via a digital temperature control with a very precise regulation.  

The device can only be used for cooling.
